The Farrowhill Craftsman Cottages include 3 exterior color options - moss green, river blue, and maple red. Pick your favorite, and walk up to the front or back covered porches - we include optional autumn leaf garland add-on for the pillars! Inside the glass-framed doors, there's an open floor plan living room/kitchen area with side room for privacy - great for an office, with its own separate entrance. Upstairs, find two more bedrooms and a bathroom off the central landing room. Total LI is 124 or 152 with autumn garland, and footprint is 26.7 meters by 33.6 meters.
